This is a high quality giclee print taken from my original watercolour painting "The lady of the Lake".
Do you believe in King Arthur, his knights and The Round Table? Do you believe in all things magical and mystical? I hope so.....
This is one of a series of paintings i have done based on the Arthurian legends. According to these legends, the lady of the lake lives in a castle beneath the lake surrounding the island of Avalon and is known as the protector and keeper of the magical sword Excalibur. In this beautiful painting, see her rise from the depths of the lake, Excalibur held tightly against her body, as rays of light are reflected off it's golden handle.
This painting took many hours to complete, with many layers of paint using the smallest of brushes to get the finest details.
Print measures approx 31.5cms high x 20cms wide.
