From as early as i can remember i had a paintbrush in my hand! Painting and drawing was all i ever wanted to do. In secondary school i studied art GCSE and couldn't wait for every art lesson. I would even spend some of my breaks in the artroom! I went on to study A Level art, then went to Walsall college of Art and Design for two years. After that i got a little sidetracked (i had wanted to do an illustration degree) and trained as a ceramic artist at Bilston and Battersea Enamels where i worked for many years. Since then i have gone back to my first love... . . painting watercolours.

My biggest inspiration is nature. From all kinds of wildlife (i especially like paintings birds) to the dramatic scenery of North Wales.

I also love to use my imagination and paint scenes from folktales and fantasy stories. In fact, one of my most recent paintings, "Beauty", includes not only a unicorn, but also has the Welsh waterfall Dolgoch Falls in the background!

Well, enough about me, please enjoy browsing my site and i hope you find something that you love!

Oh, and please check out my blog where you can see all the new projects i am working on plus some old ones.
