This is my original watercolour painting "Barn Owl".
In this close up study, i have tried to capture the beauty and serenity of one of my favourite subjects, the barn owl.
This painting took many hours to complete, with many layers of paint using the smallest of brushes to get the finest details, from the delicate white feathers to the light reflecting in the glass like eyes.
It is painted on the highest quality hot pressed watercolour paper using high quality watercolour paints.
Painting measures approx 9cms high x 9cms wide.
